Biography
Dr. Cindy Ticknor began serving as the Director in the Fall of 2009, and currently serves as the Dean of the Honors College. She is also a Professor of Mathematics Education in the department of Mathematics and Philosophy and has been a leader in Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (STEM) Education. Since arriving at 大发体育开户 in 2003, she has received over $2.5 million in grants to support STEM initiatives and has served as the Associate Dean of the College of Science. She holds degrees from the University of Maryland, 大发体育开户, and Auburn University.
