Dr. Pam Wetherington brings extensive experience in P-5 education, teacher preparation, and educational leadership to our university community. Through her career in public education, she has served as a teacher, teacher educator, and leader, guiding educators and teacher educators in evidence-based practices for instruction and assessment, while fostering a student-centered approach and a growth mindset to enhance learning outcomes and professional development. Her expertise in accreditation and program evaluation has played a crucial role in shaping high-quality educator preparation programs. Passionate about community engagement, Dr. Wetherington actively collaborates with schools and organizations to support student success and teacher development. She is committed to fostering excellence in education through research, innovation, and meaningful partnerships.
